Perri Chapman is a proud Taungurung woman from Victoria who also has strong family connections in the Northern Territory and New South Wales.  Perri is committed to upholding the richness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture in every engagement and finding innovative solutions for our culture to be embraced and practiced through shared learnings and knowledge exchanges.

Perri Chapman

Director

Perri has a strong connection to community having worked for over two decades in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, as well as in the government, university and not for profit sectors, on issues spanning health, social justice, community service sector, incarceration, education and reconciliation.

 

Through holding multiple high level management and leadership roles, Perri has a proven track record in building strong partnerships, strategic planning, policy development, program reviews and community work focused on empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. She has advised, formulated, implemented and evaluated public health, education and employment initiatives at a local, regional and national level.

Associate Professor William Fogarty

Director

Bill a a distinguished academic and consultant, recognised for his expertise in Indigenous education, social impact evaluation, and applied development.

 

His expertise spans strategic planning, evaluation, and social impact assessment, with a commitment to ensuring that solutions respect cultural integrity while achieving meaningful, long-term benefits.

Bill brings a wealth of experience and leadership to delivering culturally sensitive, innovative, and sustainable solutions.  His work focuses on integrating Indigenous knowledge systems with Western

frameworks to drive transformative education, economic, and social outcomes.

Professor Matthew Gray

Director

Matthew has extensive experience at senior levels in both the university and public sectors. He is a Professor of Public Policy at the Australian National University and was Deputy Director at the Australian Government Australian Institute of Family Studies. â€‹He has worked collaboratively with many public sector and community organisations to improve policy and service delivery outcomes.

Matthew has particular expertise in economic and social policy analysis, data analytics and program evaluation. â€‹He has an extensive network across the public sector, community organisations and academia.
